Applications for all La Vaquerie Farm programs are managed by Berridge Programs. Once you begin your application, you'll be redirected to the Berridge Programs enrollment system, where you'll complete your application, tuition payments, and pre-arrival paperwork.

APPLICATION PROCESS​

Step 1: Read through program materials

Please read through the website and make sure that you familiarize yourself with the program. Applicants are also asked to read the following:

Step 2: Complete the Online Application

Please complete the online application found here:

You can attach your personal statement and supporting materials in the online application form.

​

Step 3: Schedule a zoom meeting

Once you have completed the application, please schedule a zoom meet up with the Director. This is a chance to discuss your application in person and for you to ask questions about the program.  Parents are welcome to join but we ask applicants to take the lead with thier interview.

Note to Parents: We are happy to have exploratory conversations with you before your student takes the lead in the application process. Please feel free schedule a zoom with the Program Director at the link above.

Step 4: Receive an acceptance decision

Your application will be reviewed within 7-10 days, and you will receive a decision by email regarding your application. This may include some additional questions around your application or an additional zoom interview.

​Step 5: Confirm your attendance

After you receive your acceptance decision, you will be asked to confirm by return email if you are accepting your offer of a place on the program. You will then need to pay a deposit of 30% of your program tuition to hold your space.

Scholarship Information

We have Financial Need Scholarships available for 20-50% off the program tuition for qualifying students. Please read our scholarship information FOUND HERE before you apply for a scholarship. ​

Payment Method and Deadlines

A 30% deposit will then be due to secure your space.  You will receive a Quickbooks invoice that will enable you to pay by bank transfer. Final payment is due 90 days before your program start date. If you apply after this deadline, payment in full will be due when you are accepted into the program.

Withdrawal/Refunds

You may withdraw up to the final payment deadline and receive a refund minus a 10% administrative fee.  After the final payment deadline there are no refunds.

​

Pre-program Zoom Meet Up

There will be a pre-departure meeting 2 weeks before arrival day. These are an opportunity for you and your parents to ask questions, meet us and meet other program participants.

It is recommended that you book your travel 60 days before the start date of your program.
